Benefit supper
JAY – A public spaghetti dinner will be held Saturday, Sept. 1, as a benefit in memory of Bruce Edward Coolidge. Dinner will be served from 4 to 7 p.m. at the VFW, 64 Jewell St. Cost will be $5 a plate for adults and $3 for children.
Coolidge died Aug. 20 after a nine-month courageous battle with cancer.

Bingo to begin
LIVERMORE FALLS – Bingo will start up again on Wednesday, Sept. 5, at the American Legion Hall, 17 Reynolds Ave. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m.
The first baked bean and casserole supper will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15. Members will deliver within a five-mile radius.
