Fellowship

AUBURN – The Young at Heart Fellowship will meet at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, at the Court Street Baptist Church. They will meet a week earlier than usual because of Thanksgiving Day.

A business meeting will be held with Co-Presidents Mary and Winston Greaton presiding. Devotions will be led by Mary Jane Williams of the Court Street Baptist Church’s Interim Pastoral Team.

Bring a bag lunch and place setting; beverages will be provided. The program will be given by the Rev. Foster Williams, interim pastor. He will present “Stories for the Farm.”

Turkey raffle

SABATTUS – Sabattus American Legion Post 135, Island Road, will hold the annual turkey raffle starting at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, for members and the public. Proceeds will benefit the Legion’s community programs.
