A summer Sunday

The sun shines happily on my face

My dress of pale lavender

They tell their secret to me for they know I cannot tell

So states a girl who cannot speak

Winter serenity

The days grow shorter like candle wax

The snow as a doves wing

The winter air bites like the creature that haunts us

So states a girl who cannot speak

A sorrowless child

My dreams are a sanctity that cannot be broken

My mind a turtles shell

My face shall show no emotion

For I am a girl that knows no sorrow

So states a girl that cannot speak

Triumph

The monster defeated

The towns people free

And all of this because of me

So states a changed girl
