LEWISTON – St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center will offer a Take Charge! community screening from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, in the Fleet Room. Call Prevention and Wellness at 777-8898 to make an appointment.

Take Charge! screenings will be held from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 13, and 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Oct. 17, at the YMCA. Appointments may be scheduled by calling the YMCA at 795-4095. The screening will include lipid profile, glucose measurement, pulmonary function profile, blood pressure measurement, immediate customized feedback, referral process to an appropriate physician and supportive education and health change programs.
