Brian Malo of Pratt & Son General Contractors of Minot was expected to lay some 4,500 sandhill blend bricks on the new 200-foot Cullinan Park sidewalk by Wednesday. The sidewalk was designed by local students as a way to further enhance the fountain and park area behind the Town Hall that was donated by the Cullinan family. Pratt & Company is only billing the town for the materials used as a way to give back something to Norway, said Town Manager David Holt.
