• Ryan Dingley, 22, Oxford, violating conditions of release, no bail, Sept. 19, Oxford Police Department.

• Weldon Poland, 23, Paris, two counts of possession of scheduled drugs, $500 unsecured bail, Sept. 19, Norway Police Department.

• Nyoka Woitko, 24, Fryeburg, fugitive from justice (arrested on New Hampshire warrant for forgery), Sept. 19, Fryeburg Police Department.
