• Shawn A. Comeau, 25, Rumford, operating after suspension and attaching false plates, 3:30 p.m. Nov. 5 on Oxford Avenue. He will be arraigned on Dec. 5 in Rumford District Court.

• Scott Collins, 37, Wilton, domestic assault, 11:15 p.m. Nov. 3 outside of Jack’s Place bar on Rumford Avenue. He was released on $200 unsecured bail. Six minutes after being released at 12:27 a.m. Nov. 4 from the police station, Collins was again arrested at the same place for having contact with the victim he was accused of assaulting. Collins was charged with violating conditions of release and taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris. He will be arraigned on Dec. 5 in Rumford District Court.
