All of the following are to be arraigned on April 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Danielle M. Lambert, 36, of Rumford Point, on a Hillsborough County, N.H., fugitive from justice warrant on a charge of failure to appear for welfare fraud, at 4:20 p.m. Feb. 22. No bail was allowed. She was taken to Oxford County jail in Paris to await extradition.

• Heather M. Jackson, 29, of Rumford, on Oxford County warrants for failure to pay fines for charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 22. She was released on $117.50 cash bail.

• Roland R. Louvat, 46, of Mexico, on a charge of operating under the influence, at 4:35 p.m. Feb. 20. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Clarence M. Crews, 22, of Rumford, on a charge of operating after suspension and on a Bangor District Court warrant for unpaid fines, at 10:16 a.m. Feb. 20. He was released on $900 cash bail.

• Robert Tuttle, 37, of Mexico, on charges of operating after suspension and violation of conditions of release, at 9:30 p.m. Feb. 19. He was taken to Oxford County jail.

• William J. Petitt, 18, of Rumford, on a Connecticut State Police arrest warrant for felony sexual assault, at 10:10 p.m. Feb. 18. He was taken to Oxford County jail to await extradition.

• Joshua McLean, 18, of Rumford, on a charge of terrorizing, at 5:40 p.m. Feb. 17. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• Chanda SanFratello, 25, of Rumford, on a Franklin County warrant for unpaid fines, at 9:50 p.m. Feb. 16. She was released on $20 cash bail.

• Shawn Comeau, 23, of Connecticut, on two charges of aggravated trafficking in marijuana, and a Connecticut fugitive from justice warrant for probation violations, at 8 p.m. Feb. 16. He was taken to Oxford County jail to await extradition.

• Angela Taylor, 24, of Rumford, on a charge of theft of DVD movies at Hannaford, at 7:15 p.m. Feb. 16. She was released on $200 unsecured bail.

• A 16-year-old Rumford boy, on charges of burglary, criminal mischief and possession of tobacco, at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 15. He was released to parents.

• Kimberly S. Boyer, 36, of Rumford, on a warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on a charge of violation of conditions of release, at 2:44 p.m. Feb. 15. She was released on bail at Rumford District Court.

• Joshua P. Gagnon, 29, of Rumford, on a charge of violation of conditions of release, at 11:25 Feb. 14. He failed to post $150 cash bail and was taken to Oxford County jail.

• Leslie Woods, 51, of Rumford, on charges of attempted burglary, violation of a protection from abuse order, and criminal mischief, at 11:40 a.m. Feb. 13. He was taken to Oxford County jail.

• Leigh A. Cluff, 32, of East Andover, on charges of operating under the influence and failure to stop for a stop sign, at 12:07 a.m. Feb. 13. She was taken to Oxford County jail.

• Timothy A. Hamel, 44, of Roxbury, on charges of operating under the influence (second offense), operating after suspension and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, at 2:20 p.m. Feb. 12. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
