CARTHAGE – A Winter Carnival sponsored by the Webb River Valley snowmobile club will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, at the Carthage Town Office building. There will be an outdoor barbecue for members and the public. Events are planned with trophies and ribbons given to the winners.

Blood drive slated

DIXFIELD – The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive from 1 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, at the Dixfield Masonic Hall on Route 2. Donors need to be 17 years of age, weigh at least 110 pounds and be in good health the day of the donation.
