NASHUA, N.H. (AP) – A Nashua, N.H., man has been charged with first-degree murder and arson in connection with a house fire that killed his grandfather.

Nashua police arrested 20-year-old Michael Phillips on Thursday. They responded to the fire in the morning and found the body of 68-year-old Franklin Phillips in his bedroom.

An autopsy is scheduled for Friday morning. Michael Phillips is scheduled to be arraigned in the Nashua District Court on Friday.
