AUBURN – A man charged with impersonating a state drug agent during a 2004 robbery agreed to a plea agreement Tuesday in Androscoggin County Superior Court.
Jesse Hiscock, 23, of Livermore Falls pleaded guilty to class B robbery, a court clerk said. His case was continued to sentencing. He remains free on bail.
Police said Hiscock and an accomplice robbed a woman on Oct. 20, 2004, at her Wood Street apartment in Lewiston taking her pocketbook. Hiscock identified himself as a drug agent in order to gain entry into her apartment, police said. He held her at gunpoint in her bathroom while the woman’s nephew slipped into her bedroom and took her pocketbook.
The woman said she had $600 in the pocketbook she had been saving for a car repair.
