Accidents
Lewiston

• Vehicles driven by Dennis Worster, 48, of Winthrop, and Fredrick Brown, 41, of Lewiston, collided on Main Street Friday at 5:45 p.m. Brown reportedly told police that he had been “looking at the store which was having a sale on gas” and didn’t see Worster stopped for a police officer directing traffic. Damage to Worster’s 2000 Dodge was estimated at $200; damage to Brown’s 1991 Ford at $2,500.

• A vehicle driven by Jeremy Lester, 36, of Raymond, missed a turn from Bridge Street onto High Street, crossed through a parking lot and hit the Advantage Gas building at 10:23 a.m. Friday. Damage to Lester’s 1989 Ford was estimated at $5,000.
