RUMFORD — Officers responded to 64 complaints between 6 a.m. Aug. 29 and noon Sept. 4. These do not include routine traffic stops.

Arrests/summonses

Aug. 30 at  5:18 p.m.: Rumford juvenile, 16, charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley with illegal possession of drug paraphernalia on Maine Avenue. Juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 5.

Aug. 30 at 5:18 p.m.: Sara Roberts, 31, of Rumford, charged by Sgt. Higley with violation conditions of release on Maine Avenue. Roberts is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Oct. 5.

Aug. 31 at 6 p.m.: Jeremy Gallant, 35, of Rumford, arrested by acting Cpl. K. Scott Mills on a warrant for failure to appear for an assault on River Street. Gallant posted $500 cash bail and was released.

Sept. 2 at 7:30 a.m.: Jose Camacho, 30, of Rumford, summoned by Ptl. Lawrence Winson on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license on Rumford Avenue. Camacho posted $100 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 7.

Sept.  3 at 6:33 p.m.: Mexico juvenile, 12, arrested by Sgt. Tracey Higley on a charge of reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon on Hosmer Lane. Juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Nov. 2.

Theft

Aug. 30 at 12:51 p.m.: Sgt. Bean is investigating the theft of two bicycles valued at $450 from a residence on Strafford Avenue.

Wanted

Jonathan Nisbet, 30, of Rumford, on a Rumford District Court warrant for probation revocation.
