AUBURN — Charles Plummer will visit the Auburn Public Library on Tuesday, Oct. 5, to present a program called “Curiosity: A Tool for Enriching Our Lives.” Plummer will discuss the powerful ways curiosity may help build meaningful relationships, boost creativity and improve mental and physical health.

He’ll also share tools and techniques that can be used to renew connections to the curious explorer within. The free program will begin at 2 p.m. in the Androscoggin Community Room.

Plummer is a Senior College instructor and frequent speaker. He is known for his courses on American history and for his living history programs, in which he dresses up and personifies historical figures, most recently Alexander Hamilton.

The program is part of Senior College Presents, an occasional series in which Senior College instructors present single-session programs at the library as part of its ongoing PrimeTime Tuesday series. PrimeTime programs are especially for adults over 50, but all are invited to attend.
