FARMINGTON — Danny Boy arrived at the Franklin County Animal Shelter as a stray on Dec. 31.

Staff said he is a handsome boy that has charmed his way into their hearts. He tends to follow people about, gently asking for affection. The large love bug would love to go home to a household where he can be cuddled and adored, said staff. Anyone looking for a loving companion should visit Danny Boy.

The shelter’s  feline Flavor of the Month is Ice Cream Twist, so all black and white cats have a reduced adoption fee of $40.
