Jon Bolduc is the new kid on the block, joining the Sun Journal team as the nightside cops reporter in September 2018. Jon is a 2011 graduate of the University King College in Halifax Nova Scotia. He enjoys burgers, farming and tending to his chickens, turkeys, and goats.

Sheriff: Criminal charges won’t be filed against Rick Savage
Rick Savage, owner of Sunday River Brewing Co. in Bethel, opened up Friday despite Gov. Janet Mills’ executive order, but has since said the restaurant would be closed through the weekend. Savage was also a speaker at a rally in Augusta on Saturday demanding the state’s economy be reopened.
