Warden from Mechanic Falls faces groping charge in addition to assaulting a concertgoer in Bangor

Police allege the crimes occurred last year during a concert Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor.

Police said speed and alcohol appear to be contributing factors in the single-car crash that sent two women to Central Maine Medical Center.

Deputy Chief Rick Stubbert said Drew Roy was the 37-year-old who was critically injured Saturday night.

Sentencing has been delayed for two years.
