Scotty Thompson walked up to where his older brother Tanner Lazaro worked on his new-to-him boat Used N Abused at Frankie Thompson's home on Aug.20. Tanner brought his new boat over from Stonington the night before and spent the weekend getting it ready to haul his own traps.
