Jay mill to reduce workforce related to April explosion

Nearly 60 people will be laid off as a result of the April explosion that interrupted pulp manufacturing at the Androscoggin Mill.

Voters will go to the polls on Tuesday, Aug. 11, to vote on 48 articles.
