FARMINGTON — A 15-year-old boy is accused of sexually assaulting a Franklin County girl under the age of 18, according to Sheriff Scott Nichols Sr. Franklin County Detective Kenneth Charles investigated a report Wednesday of ongoing sex crimes in Madrid Township and charged the boy with gross sexual assault, Nichols said in his weekly report.
