Michigan couple injured in motorcycle crash in Sandy River Plantation

The motorcycle failed to negotiate a sharp S-turn on Route 4 and hit an embankment, throwing the couple off the bike. The bike landed on top of them.

Chesterville voters oppose CMP transmission line

Chesterville voters Thursday night opposed the Central Maine Power New England Clean Energy Connect project and requested that Selectmen submit a letter of opposition to CMP NECEC and Maine’s Public Utilities Commission, Dept. of Environmental Protection and the Land Use Planning Commission.
