Bethel celebrates Molly Ockett Day with parade, medallion hunt

A large crowd turned out for the annual festival and the long-ago medallion hunt tradition found its latest winner.

Artists, makers, food vendors and families will gather in downtown Livermore Falls for the first Tri-Town Invite: Art in the Park.

The yearly event will bring food, games and entertainment

From a pie eating contest to a backseat sulky driver contest, the crowds showed up for the events thanks to some beautiful summer weather.

The annual festival will celebrate ‘250 Years of Freedom’ and bring a parade, fireworks and more fun to Phillips.

This month, Alan Dill, of Lincoln, faces his most audacious challenge yet.

The theme of the 45th festival July 31 and Aug. 1 is ‘A River Valley Playground.’

The Maine Forestry Museum’s 45th annual celebration included a parade, logging demonstrations and educational sessions.

The yearly festival celebrated the town’s 225th anniversary.
