Wilton discusses concerns with Franklin County budget request
Town Manager Perry Ellsworth raised concerns with the board about needing to file monetary requests for interlocal agreements with unorganized territories paid for by Franklin County. But Ellsworth said he's hopeful there will be change in the way the Franklin County budget serves municipalities like Wilton.
