Manchester fire chief arrested on charge of drunken driving
Francis R. Wozniak, 38, who is known as Frank, was arrested Feb. 23 on a charge of OUI following a traffic stop in Portland. Police said they stopped Wozniak's car because he was driving without his lights on at 11:27 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22.
