Man charged with OUI after rolling truck in Norway

NORWAY — A Waterford man was charged with operating under the influence Wednesday after rolling his truck on Watson Road. Glen Merrill, 51, of Waterford was charged after Cpl. Holli Pullen of the Norway Police Department administered a Breathalyzer test. Merrill blew a 0.28 blood-alcohol level, more than three times the legal threshold, Pullen said. […]
