Oxford Hills employers team up for employee support program
In a first-of-its-kind initiative in Maine, Stephens Memorial Hospital, Maine School Administrative District 17 and Norway Savings Bank are partnering with Goodwill Industries to hire a shared advocate to help workers in the community overcome challenges outside of the workplace.
