FARMINGTON – The Fifth Annual Franklin Business Service Awards dinner will be held June 5 at The Granary in Farmington.

Awards presented will be the Entrepreneur Award to someone who has grown a business over the last two years which has contributed to the local economy and redefined the work pride in local business. The individual has demonstrated creativity, initiative and determination while developing a new product or service, created new jobs, and positive growth in overall business in western Maine.

The Senior Vocation Award is for someone who has shared their wisdom and leadership through a long-term commitment to communities through their dedication to business, community volunteerism, work ethics and honest character. This person is characterized by professional achievement, a breakthrough project or initiative, and a contribution to the educational foundation of our children.
