BRIDGTON – Gallery 302 re-opened with a new look on July 24. Bridgton Art Guild volunteers prepared for the new show.

The new exhibit features 45 guild members exhibiting a variety of original work.

“There will be everything from flat art to jewelry to photographs,” said carpenter Ernie Kozun. “Another 100 volunteer hours have gone into gallery renovations, expansion and improvements,” he concluded.

Three-dimensional objects, such as pottery, stained glass, furniture and blown glass are just a few media now on view. The show will continue through Sunday, Aug. 10. A few days later another show will open, with a public reception slated for Friday, Aug. 15.

Gallery 302, located at 38 Main St., is a cooperative run by artists for artists. Guild membership is not limited to artists. Anyone can support the arts through joining the guild and by attending various guild events.

The gallery is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 647-2787 for more information.
