SWEDEN – Members of Sweden Community Church held their 56th annual meeting on Aug. 17. with charter member, the Rev. Ray Gibbons, 100, in attendance.

Trustees reported on the installation of brick steps and brick walkway to the ramp leading into the church, and reported on church school activities on Friday afternoons during the school year.

Members accepted the resignation of Judy Theberge, who has served as church clerk for 18 years.

A special fund is being established to help the Rev. and Mrs. Earl Bell, whose home was damaged by fire in July, to furnish their new home.
