LEWISTON – Central Maine Medical Center’s Senior Health and Wellness Services will offer the following programs for the region’s older residents during November:

Fit and Fun, a low-impact aerobics, strengthening, stretching and flexibility class from 10:30 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and Thursdays. A fee will be charged.

ScoreKeeper, a free cardiac risk assessment, including total cholesterol, HDL, blood pressure and individual consultations, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6. Free by appointment.

Respiratory screening with Central Maine Medical Center respiratory therapists. Participants will be offered a test that measures lung capacity and volumes to assess pulmonary function from 1 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, by appointment. The service will be provided free.

Bladder health consults with Angela Dubuc, RN, manager of the CMMC Bladder Control Center, Monday, Nov. 17, by appointment. Participants can meet one-on-one to discuss concerns and learn about possible solutions to bladder-related problems. The consults are free.

Free blood pressure screenings will be offered on a walk-in basis from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Mondays and 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesdays.
