First Period
• 17:30 – Lewiston scores its first goal on a 5-on-3 power play.

• 10:00 – Lewiston scores its second goal, again on a 5-on-3.

• 4:15 – Lewiston scores its third goal, again on a 5-on-3.

• 4:11 – Lewiston’s Sheldon Wenzel and B-C’s Ryan Hand fight after the faceoff immediately after Lewiston’s third goal.

• 2:27 – After an icing whistle, Nicolas Robillard of Baie-Comeau elbows Lewiston defenseman Jonathan Paiement behind the Lewiston net. The referee wrestles Robillard to the ground, and all five players on the ice square off. Nick Cowan of Lewiston and Alexandre Dulac of B-C also throw punches.


Second Period
• 17:37 – Martin Mandeville of B-C tried to engage Gabriel Balasescu of Lewiston in a fight. Balasescu covers his head and does not remove his gloves, but Mandeville continues to punch away. Meanwhile, Alexandre Lamarche of B-C locks up with Bobby Gates of Lewiston, and while the referee attempts to separate them, swings at Gates with his glove still on, knocking Gates’ head sideways. Lamarche is then restrained by police after allegedly spitting on a fan and throwing a police officer to the ground outside the visitor’s locker room.

• 11:34 – Lewiston scores its fourth goal.

• 11:29 – Olivier Legault of Lewiston and Pierre-Luc Leblond-Letourneau tangle immediately after the puck drops. Legault bloodies Leblond, but Leblond gestures to the crowd and to the Maineiacs’ bench.

• 1:11 – Hand tries to engage Wenzel in another fight. Wenzel tries to skate away, and as the linesman separates the two, Hand swings at Wenzel. The Lewiston forward ducks, and Hand lands a solid left cross to the side of the linesman’s head.


Third Period
• 18:07 – As play ends and offsides is called, an unidentified, disgruntled B-C winger fires the puck back across the ice. There is no penalty called.

• 16:50 – Hand misses a shot on net, and as he skates by Maineiacs goalie Brandon Verge, he shoves the netminder into the net with two hands and his stick. The officials do not see this infraction, play continues.

• 16:12 – Peter Preucil of B-C hooks Lewiston forward Max Robert to the ground by his neck.

• 13:36 – Leblond swipes at Verge after a whistle, and the rest of the Maineiacs converge on the net. Mathieu Aubin, Francis Trudel, Travis Mealy and Wenzel of the Maineiacs are ejected along with several B-C players. Leblond tries to get more players from the Maineiacs bench to fight, but no one leaves the bench. Both goalies scrap after Drakkar netminder Julien Walsh, at the urging of his coach, crosses the red line to assists a teammate during a fight. Verge wraps Walsh up in the high slot. Both netminders thrown out.

• 13:33 – On the ensuing faceoff, Hand jumps Lewiston winger Kevin Turgeon unprovoked and starts throwing punches. As teammates move in to help Turgeon, other B-C players pair off with Lewiston players. Mario Frechette of B-C started wailing on rookie forward Kevin Talbot. By the Maineiacs’ bench, Jean-Francois Jacques of the Drakkar rubs his glove in Max Brunet’s face while pushing Alex Bourret into the bench. Luis Tremblay of the Drakkar knocks Paiement’s helmet off. Alexandre Picard of the Maineiacs runs from the far side of the bench to assist Paiement and Bourret, throwing punches at both Jacques and Tremblay. The remaining players on the B-C bench fly into the picture, jumping into the Maineiacs’ bench to tackle and fight the remaining bystanding Lewiston players. Robillard gestures to the Lewiston bench, and pulls Pierre-Luc Faubert from the bench and starts to punch him. Maxime Belanger, without a shirt on, disrobes Paiement, taking his jersey, pads and first shirt off, trying to get him into a fight. Skating back to his bench, Robillard throws a stick and a glove in the direction of the Lewiston bench.

• 10:20 – Lewiston scores its fifth goal with just five skaters remaining in the game, on a 5-on-4 power play.
