Panel discussion
ROCKPORT – The Center for Maine Contemporay Art will host a panel discussion on the current exhibition, “The Figure Revealed,” at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, at 162 Russell Ave. The exhibition has been organized by the Atrium Gallery at the University of Southern Maine’s Lewiston-Auburn College.
Wildlife speaker
AUBURN – The Stanton Bird Club’s 85th anniversary meeting is at 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2, at the High Street Congregational Church. The program features guest speaker Phillip deMaynadier, endangered species biologist at the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, who will present a survey of aquatic non-game wildlife projects at the agency.
The program will be followed by refreshments that include a birthday cake. The program is free and all are invited. For more information, contact Susan Hayward at 782-5238.
