ROCK ISLAND, ILL. – Theodore Heidrich Jr. of Auburn, Maine, a Modern Woodmen of America agency manager, has earned membership in Modern Woodmen’s 2003 Agency Manager Round Table-Inner Circle.

The Inner Circle includes only the top agency managers in Modern Woodmen’s Agency Manager Round Table. The Round Table recognizes outstanding leadership and is based on high achievement in life insurance sales.

Founded in 1883 as a fraternal benefit society, Modern Woodmen of America offers financial services and fraternal member benefits to individuals and families throughout the United States.

Customer service classes scheduled

AUBURN – The Customer Service Certificate series has returned at Central Maine Community College. The 12-hour, interactive program will expose students to the importance of building a culture of high quality customer service in your organization.

Classes are 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays, Feb 25 to March 24; no class March 17. They will be held at the college at 1250 Turner St.

The program examines what is customer service and understanding the importance of creating a culture of customer service. Participants also learn to communicate with customers using tested techniques in a variety of media channels; and how a customer’s perspective and experiences elsewhere can impact what they expect from you.

The program also looks at maintaining high quality customer service in today’s competitive world.

The series is presented by Jim Handy, formerly employed by L.L. Bean. He has more than 14 years of experience in customer service program design, training and as a customer service representative.
