FARMINGTON – The Franklin County Democratic Committee will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, at the Homestead Restaurant on Broadway.

All interested people are invited to attend.

Rebekahs meeting

LIVERMORE – Charity Rebekah Lodge of Livermore Falls will meet at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, at their hall, the Ralph Wright Memorial Building, 284 Federal Road. Perky Bangs and Roberta Moulton will serve refreshments before the meeting at 12:30 p.m.

This will be a day to honor the founder of the order, Schuyler Colfax, with a program presented by Paul Washburn. Noble Grand Frances Berry is in charge of a mystery program. There will also be a food sale held.

Supper postponed

FARMINGTON – The spaghetti supper planned for Friday, Feb. 27, at Mount Blue High School by the FBLA and American Sign Language students has been postponed.

Tickets already purchased will be honored at the future meal date.

Auditions for ‘Proof’

FARMINGTON – The Sandy River Players will hold auditions for their upcoming production of “Proof” at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, in Nordica Auditorium at the University of Maine at Farmington. The production will be April 29 and 30, and May 1 and 2. Roles are available for two men, one in his 50s and one 28, and two women, aged 29 and 25. For more information, people can call 778-4485.

Musical performance

FARMINGTON – The Galliettas, a family of musicians from Thomaston, will perform at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 29, in Trinity United Church. The family has been performing for about 10 years, traveling as far as Pennsylvania. The concert is open to the public. A freewill offering will be taken.
