LEWISTON – The Florida Gators have captured the post-season championship in the Junior Division of the Lewiston Rec Coed Youth Basketball League.

The Gators beat LSU 27-18 in the title game as Andrew Pulk netted 14 points. Adding support were Nicholas Pelletier (5), Michelle Caron (4), Trevor Laliberty and Andrew Tracy (2). Amber Cloutier, Kristopher Gagne and Luke Poisson all scored 4 points for LSU. Ryan Landry, Jake Poisson and Nathan Nadeau added 2 apiece.
