JAY – The Jay Music Department will present a spring choral concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 27, in the Jay Middle School cafeteria.

Sherry Gilbert, choral director for Jay schools, said the high school, the 7/8 chorus and the 5/6 choruses will perform.

The concert will open with the Star Spangled Banner performed by members of the high school chorus who will also perform That Dixieland Sound, The Lion Sleeps Tonight, Disney Spectacular and So Long, Farewell.

The Middle School choruses will perform The Water Is Wide, Kum Ba Yah, A Round of Goodbyes and Give My Regards to Broadway.

The three choruses will combine to present One of Those Songs, On My Journey, Battle Hymn of the Republic and Fifty Nifty United States. The final selection, performed by the massed choruses will be God Bless America.

The public is invited. The concert is free.

Members of the high school chorus include: Carla Ard, Dawn Barker, Ashley Blais, Maria Colon, Tanya Dorr, Lacey Dunham, Elizabeth Hebert, Ashlee Hopkins, Marie Vicelich, Maurissa Millett, Tayla Raymond and Tina York.

Grades 7/8 chorus members are: Amanda Bonnevie, Bianca Bourgault, Kelly Burhoe, Jennifer Calden, Heather Chaney, Eric Chenard, Samantha Dalot, Jessica Douglas, Chelsea Fortier, Teddy Gagnon, Christy Gilpatrick, Kayla Williams, Nikol Kostopoulos, Takishia Kostopoulos, Kyle Packard, Lauri Tardif, Ashley Tibbetts, Danielle Walsh.

Grades 5/6 chorus members are: Beth Bibeau, Mariah Buote, Samantha Cook, Kassidi Farrington, Emily Fisher, Hailey Folsom, Keana Greenwood, Tatiana Guerra, Nasasha Hall, Hillary Hebert, Brittany Lee, Kayla Maurais, Amy Nauss, Rebecca Rodgers, Gabrielle Reed, Marriah Smalley, Emily Stoops, Cassi True, Marissa Woodcock, Nicole Woodcock.
