AUBURN – The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA and L/A Trails are ready for the second annual L/A Wellness Weekend.
The weekend will feature a 5K road race and cycling competitions, as well as fun, health-oriented events for the whole family. Participants will range from beginners to weekend warriors to elite athletes from all over New England.
All events will be held rain or shine. Local organizations will display wellness information and provide health screenings. Local venders will offer food and refreshments.
Proceeds will be donated to the Auburn-Lewiston YMCA for youth and teen programming and L/A Trails.
