LITCHFIELD – Michael Richard Driscoll Jr., 62, of 456 Lane Road, Greene, died unexpectedly Sunday, Aug. 15.
Born in Lewiston, Feb. 19, 1942, the son of Michael R. Sr. and Leena (Monagham) Driscoll, he had been a resident of this community for most of his life.
He was employed at Bath Iron Works for the past 18 years as a pipe fitter.
He enjoyed fishing, going out to camp, spending time with his family and friends and socializing.
He was very proud of his Irish heritage.
He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include his two former wives, Sue Godin, of Auburn and Lorna Driscoll, of Lewiston; four daughters, Brenda Driscoll and her fianc, Mark Sheink, of Greene, Lisa Driscoll, of Lewiston, Darlene Driscoll, of Livermore and Michelle Harmon, of Florida; one stepson, Rick Cash, of Auburn; two brothers, Bruce Driscoll and his wife, Tina-Marie, of Greene and James Driscoll and his wife, Susane, of Turner; two sisters, Mary Louise Ford and her husband, John C. Ford, of Minot and Joyce Leighton and her husband, Clarence, of Minot; five grandchildren, Jami, Tanya, Anthony, Nick and George; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents and his stepmother, Theresa Driscoll.
