Steven M. Witham Jr., 31, Auburn, charged with assault on Jan. 8, 2002, offense committed, probation continued.

Travis Brett Withee, 24, Litchfield, charged with assault on April 8, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days in Androscoggin County Jail all but four days suspended, probation for one year.

Robert J. Wright, 31, Auburn, charged with assault and criminal mischief on July 20, 2002, both offenses committed, sentenced to 90 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all suspended, probation two years for first charge.

Clarence F. Yeaton, 37, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on March 11, found guilty, fined $200 all but $100 suspended.

Aweys Hassan Yussuf, 28, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on June 24, found guilty, sentenced to three days in Androscoggin County Jail.

Ruben V. Zuniga, 43, Lewiston charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 16, 2002, found guilty, fined $75.
