PERU – Alyssa Ashley Oldham of Peru has been selected to participate in Nationals’ 2004 Miss Junior Teen Portland pageant competition on Sunday, Sept. 5.

She will compete for a share of more than $20,000 in scholarships, prizes and specialty gifts. She will compete in modeling routines, which include casual wear and formal wear, and will interview with a judging panel.

The winner will represent Portland and the surrounding communities at the Cities of America National Competition in Orlando, Fla. More than $60,000 in prizes and awards will be presented.
