FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Derick R. Littlefield, 21, of Strong was charged with driving after suspension March 30 in Chesterville. The case was dismissed. For a charge of violating condition of release March 30 in Chesterville, he was fined $100.

Alex C. Lloyd, 35, of Rangeley was charged with burning without a permit May 2 in Rangeley. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $186.50.

Robert Loignon, 65, of St. Georges was charged with driving after suspension Feb. 16 in Coburn Gore. He was fined $200.

Brett S. Losier, 18, of Berlin, N.H., was charged with illegal importation of scheduled drugs April 15 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Daniel P. Lowe, 18, of New Sharon was charged with driving after suspension April 23 in Chesterville. The case was dismissed.

Matthew S. Luce, 32, of New Vineyard was charged with reckless conduct April 12 in New Vineyard. He was sentenced for 25 days and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime April 12 in New Vineyard, he was sentenced for 25 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Todd Lunt, 27, of Chelsea was charged with driving under the influence June 18 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

James R. Lynch, 38, of Wilton was charged with driving after suspension March 19 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Alan MacDonald, 49, of Farmington was charged with assault Dec. 17 in Farmington. His probation was revoked.

Alan MacDonald, 49, of Farmington was charged with assault May 21 in Farmington. All but 120 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. A charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime May 21 in Farmington was dismissed. For a charge of violating condition of release May 21 in Farmington, he was sentenced for 120 days.

Jesse N. MacDonnell, 28, of Kingfield was charged with driving after suspension March 21 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Travis Macomber, 19, of Daytona Beach, Fla., was charged with the illegal transportation of drugs by a minor April 16 in Farmington. He was fined $125 and his license was suspended for 30 days. For a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 16 in Farmington, he was fined $125. For a charge of marijuana possession April 16 in Farmington, he was fined $250.

Madden Timberlands Inc. of Old Town was charged with rule violation for insecure adjustable axles June 9 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Cynthia M. Madore, 42, of Farmington was charged with allowing a dog to be at large June 29 in Farmington. She was fined $50. For a charge of keeping an unlicensed dog June 29 in Farmington, she was fined $50.

David C. Magoon, 49, of Peru was charged with violating fish limits April 28 in Stetson. He was fined $90.

Andrew J. Mannett, 22, of Gray was charged with driving under the influence April 17 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Ciro J. Manzi, 63, of Mount Vernon, N.H., was charged with failing to display lake and river protection sticker May 17 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Steven Marin, 40, of Dixfield was charged with driving a vehicle on a snowmobile trail Feb. 28 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Justin Marshall, 22, of Portland was charged with trespass by motor vehicle April 18 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Robert E. Martin, 20, of Livermore Falls was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report March 1 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Ryan L. Martin, 19, of Gardiner was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 5 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Shanna M. Martin, 38, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence and with violating condition of release March 24 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Jason D. Masterson, 29, of Kingfield was charged with assault Feb. 8 in Kingfield. The case was filed.

Brant A. McCarthy, 21, of Lewiston was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 11 in Jay. He was fined $200. A charge of possession of marijuana April 11 in Jay was dismissed.

Fiona C. McCaul, 26, of Farmington was charged with driving after suspension April 24 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Andrew J. McDonald, 23, of Wilton was charged with driving after suspension Dec. 12 in Wilton. He was fined $150.

Randy E. McDonald Jr., 28, of Farmington was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia April 25 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Marie McIntosh, 37, of Rangeley was charged with driving under the influence March 11 in Phillips. She was fined $400 and was sentenced for 48 hours. Her license was suspended for 90 days and she was ordered to perform 10 hours of community service.

Irene McKechnie, 56, of Wilton was charged with violating condition of release March 31 in Wilton. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Dana S. McKeen, 18, of Dixfield was charged with failing to produce vehicle or return it to scene March 6 in Weld. He was fined $250.

Seamus McKinney, 23, of Stratton was charged with driving to endanger March 8 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $100 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Seamus McKinney, 23, of Stratton was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 8 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $200. He was also charged with marijuana possession March 8 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was dismissed.

Ronald A. McLean, 44, of Stratton was charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention May 17 in Eustis. He was sentenced for 72 hours and his probation was partially revoked.

Jonathan F. McNally, 20, of Bernadsville, N.J., was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 1 in Carrabassett Valley. The case was filed.

Theresa L. Mears, 41, of Jay was charged with keeping an unlicensed dog Jan. 15 in Jay. She was fined $150. For a charge of keeping a dangerous dog Jan. 15 in Jay. She was fined $150. For a charge of allowing a dog to be at large Jan. 15 in Jay. She was fined $150.

John W. Menthe Jr., 26, of Jay was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs May 26 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Gary D. Merrill, 39, of Kingfield was charged with driving after suspension Feb. 9 in Salem. He was fined $200. A charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates Feb. 9 in Salem was dismissed.

Glenn L. Metcalf, 37, of Farmington was charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention and with driving without proof of financial responsibility Dec. 30 in Jay. Both charges were dismissed. For a charge of failing to stop for an officer Dec. 30 in Jay, he was fined $300.

Sean M. Michaud, 26, of South Berwick was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility Jan. 23 in Rangeley. The case was filed.

Adam K. Miller, 18, of Wilton was charged with driving an ATV on a public way May 8 in East Wilton. He was fined $50.

Richard J. Mills, 26, of Farmington was charged with three counts of gross sexual assault, one charge of unlawful sexual contact, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and three counts of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs June 15 in Farmington. All charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Christopher Monaco, 22, of Beverly, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct March 28 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Jason P. Montminy, 21, of Lewiston was charged with possession of marijuana May 13 in Farmington. He was fined $200. A charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 13 in Farmington was dismissed.

Frank G. Moody Jr., 25, of Madrid was charged with being a sex offender failing to register or update information Jan. 1 in Madrid. He was fined $400.

John T. Moody, 44, of Lakeland, Fla., was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 26 in Farmington. He was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 90 days. For a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs Jan. 26 in Farmington, he was fined $300.

Maxell C. Moore, 65, of Skowhegan was charged with rule violation for driving without medical certificate March 6 in Wilton. Moore was fined $100.

Shawn M. Moore, 34, of Wilton was charged with assault May 26 in Wilton. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

William Moore, 61, of Anson was charged with driving after suspension March 16 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

James M. Moores, 45, of Jay was charged with three counts of aggravated trafficking, furnishing, and cultivating of scheduled drugs Aug. 1, 2003 in Phillips. Probable cause was found for all three charges.

Timothy A. Moras, 42, of Jay was charged with driving under the influence and driving after suspension Jan. 1 in Jay. Both charges were dismissed. For a charge of driving a snowmobile under the influence on Jan. 1 in Jay, he was fined $400 and was sentenced for 24 hours.

Jamie A. Morgan, 31, of Phillips was charged with possession of marijuana Feb. 14 in Rangeley. Morgan was fined $200.

Jacob P. Morse, 21, of Jay was charged with assault Dec. 14 in Jay. The case was dismissed. For a charge of obstructing the reporting of a crime Dec. 14 in Jay, he was fined $500.

Shazia Moulton, 30, of Winthrop was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 19 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Joseph A. Moyen, 47, of Farmington was charged with disorderly conduct May 23 in Farmington. He was fined $500.

Sara K. Mulholland, 19, of Rangeley was charged with being a minor consuming liquor June 26 in Rangeley. She was fined $200.

Carol A. Murphy, 60, of New Sharon was charged with cruelty to animals March 8 in New Sharon. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Carol A. Murphy, 60, of New Sharon was charged with four counts of failing to have a license or permit March 22 in New Sharon. All four charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Ryan M. Murphy, 24, of Biddeford was charged with possession of marijuana Feb. 10 in Farmington. He was fined $200.
