FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

David R. Quinn, 21, of West Buxton was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and with criminal forfeiture of property March 13 in New Vineyard.

David R. Quinn, 21, of West Buxton was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and with possession of marijuana March 13 in New Vineyard. Both charges were dismissed.

Carlton H. Race, 82, of Farmington were charged with driving after suspension Jan. 31 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Christopher C. Rackliff, 26, of Farmington was charged with unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, two charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drug and criminal forfeiture of property Feb. 5 in New Vineyard. All four charges were dismissed. For a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug Feb. 5 in New Vineyard, he was fined $400.

Jerri Rackliff, 36, of West Farmington was charged with driving under the influence April 24 in Farmington. Rackliff was fined $400 and license was suspended for 90 days.

Eric T. Rainey, 22, of Windsor was charged with driving under the influence March 27 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Jason R. Reckards, 24, of Dennisport, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence Jan. 19 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Kevin T. Reed, 36, of New Sharon was charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender May 7 in Wilton. Probable cause was found.

Michael J. Reid, 43, of Eustis was charged with terrorizing Sept. 29 in Eustis. He was sentenced for 60 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Michael J. Reid, 43, of Stratton was charged with driving under the influence April 13 in Eustis. He was fined $600, sentenced for 10 days and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Jeffrey E. Richards, 28, of Medford, Mass., was charged with driving under the influence April 25 in Farmington. He was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Lance Richards, 28, of Lewiston was charged with harassment by telephone Sept. 14 in Farmington. A $250 fine was suspended by $100.

Cassandra A. Richardson, 30, of New Sharon was charged with driving without proof of financial responsibility May 13 in Wilton. A $200 fine was suspended by $100.

Michael K. Robert, 23, of Saco was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 3 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Jacob Ezra Roberts, 26, of New Sharon was charged with displaying fictitious vehicle certificate May 1 in Farmington. He was fined $150.

Jacob Ezra Roberts, 26, of New Sharon was charged with possession of marijuana Feb. 18 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Justin J. Robichaud, 18, of Jay was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia March 25 in Jay. He was fined $75.

Bobbie-Jo L. Rollins, 28, of Farmington was charged with theft of services Nov. 2 in Farmington. The case was filed.

April L. Ross, 22, of New Sharon was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 22 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Michael J. Rowe, 27, of Wilton was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report March 26 in Wilton. He was fined $250.

Samuel M. Ruback, 20, of Brookline, Mass., was charged with assault March 4 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $200.

Douglas A. Rundlett, 40, of Jay was charged with being a sex offender failing to register or update information July 12 in Jay. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Lucinda J. Ryder, 39, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving under the influence Oct. 29 in New Vineyard. She was fined $1,000 and all but 30 days of a 270-day sentence was suspended. She was placed on probation for one year and her license was suspended for four years. For a charge of failing to stop for an officer Oct. 29 in New Vineyard, she was fined $200. A charge of driving vehicle without a license Oct. 29 in New Vineyard was dismissed.

Arthur G. Sammond Jr., 62, of Woodbridge, N.J., was charged with rule violation, duty status not current Feb. 11 in Wilton. He was fined $250.

Wade A. Savage, 29, or Errol, N.H., was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 13 in Rangeley. He was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Heidi Savoy, 23, of Wilton was charged with driving after suspension April 20 in Wilton. She was fined $200. For a charge of attaching false motor vehicle plates April 20 in Wilton. She was fined $150.

Steven M. Seamons, 33, of Farmington was charged with theft of services Dec. 30 in Farmington. He was fined $50 and ordered to make restitution of $242.37.

Christopher G. Shaw, 19, of Turner was charged with driving after suspension Nov. 18 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Adam I. Simpson, 25, of Kingfield was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 14 in Kingfield. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Thaniel C. Smith III, 27, of Farmington was charged with cruelty to animals April 30 in Phillips. He was fined $75.

Benjamin P. Soho-Girardin, 18, of Waterville was charged with assault Nov. 30 in Jay. He was sentenced for 40 days and his probation was revoked. For a second charge of assault Nov. 30 in Jay, he was sentenced for 120 days and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of violating condition of release Nov. 30 in Jay, he was sentenced for 120 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Benjamin P. Soho-Girardin, 18, of Wilton was charged with assault March 6 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Shawn M. Spaulding, 18, of Mexico was charged with possession of marijuana Jan. 24 in Carthage. He was fined $200.

Philip A. Spencer, 29, of Freeport was charged with driving under the influence April 17 in Coplin Plt. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Marc D. St. Peter, 21, of Chesterville was charged with failing to kindle in prudent manner April 9 in Chesterville. He was fined $100.

Kevin A. Stanley, 38, of Farmington was charged with disorderly conduct March 16 in Farmington. He was fined $75.

Thedore P. Stanwood, 33, of Salisbury, Mass., was charged with violation of rule unspecified March 6 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Jason R. Starbird, 21, of Wilton was charged with driving after suspension March 7 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Tricia D. Stevens, 36, of Farmington was charged with disorderly conduct Dec. 17 in Farmington. She was sentenced for 20 days and her probation was partially revoked.

She was placed on probation for one year and her license was suspended for 18 months. For a charge of driving a vehicle without a license May 31 in Avon, she was fined $200.

Danielle J. Stewart, 25, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving after suspension April 3 in Chesterville. She was fined $200, sentenced for 48 hours and was ordered to perform 40 hours of community service.

Thomas J. Stires, 29, of Jay was charged with driving to endanger March 12 in Jay. He was fined $250 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Linda S. Stoddard, 51, of West Ripley was charged with driving under the influence May 6 in Dallas Plt. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kenneth Storer, 23, of Wilton was charged with violating condition of release Feb. 28 in Kingfield. He was fined $100.

Lisa Ann Strother, 39, of New Sharon was charged with allowing a dog to be at large March 19 in New Sharon. She was fined $50.

Tristan A. Swanson, 21, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence Feb. 20 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Julie A. Taylor, 31, of Lewiston was charged with driving after suspension March 25 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Telemark LLC of Milo was charged with rule violation for missing or broken brake components March 24 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Brandy L. Therrien, 24, of Mexico was charged with driving after suspension Feb. 15 in Carthage. The case was filed.

Scott C. Therrien, 35, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence, driving after suspension and failing to stop for an officer Feb. 27 in Jay. All three charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Melinda E. Tibbetts, 33, of Unity was charged with aggravated forgery Jan. 20 in New Sharon. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Timber Express Trucking of Kingfield was charged with failing to have vehicle inspected Feb. 6 in Farmington. The company was fined $70.

Todd D. Toothaker, 22, of Farmington was charged with terrorizing and with violating condition of release March 28 in Farmington. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew H. Towle, 21, of Andover was charged with driving under the influence April 16 in Farmington. He was fined $400, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Daniel A. Tracy, 19, of New Sharon was charged with failing to notify owner of property damage accident March 9 in Jay. He was fined $150. For a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident March 9 in Jay, he was fined $150.

Glenn M. Turbide, 38, of Dixfield was charged with burning without a permit May 29 in Weld. He was fined $50.

Kelo S. Turcotte, 24, of Lisbon Falls was charged with violating fish limits June 30 in Rangeley. He was fined $120.

Josh Tyler, 20, of Farmington was charged with violation of rule on worms in fly fishing area only May 15 in Avon. He was fined $50.

Linwood E. Tyler, 82, of Kingfield was charged with failing to extinguish fire June 9 in Kingfield. He was fined $100.

Elizabeth Valdez, 24, of Augusta was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Oct. 18 in Farmington. She was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $254.02.

Kristi VanBlarcom, 25, of Jay was charged with criminal threatening April 26 in Jay. She was sentenced for 30 days and her probation was revoked.

Bruce K. Vasvary, 22, of Oakland was charged with theft of services April 10 in Carrabassett Valley. He was fined $100.

James Verrill, 23, of Manchester was charged with assault Jan. 19 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Arthur Lee Williams, 44, of Portland was charged with assault May 2 in Phillips. A 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. Charges of criminal threatening and criminal mischief May 2 in Phillips were dismissed.

Trinity Wilson, 28, of Dixfield was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia and with possession of marijuana March 5 in Wilton. Both charges were filed.

Jason G. Wing, 28, of Strong was charged with assault Feb. 14 in Rangeley. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Peter V. Winslow, 42, of New Sharon was charged with indecent conduct March 15 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kerra L. Wohlleb, 20, of Bath, N.H., was charged with disorderly conduct March 28 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

For a charge of violation of fuel use identification decals regulation March 24 in Wilton, the company was fined $250. For a charge of failing to have vehicle inspected March 24 in Wilton, the company was fined $70. For a charge of failure to register vehicle March 24 in Wilton, the company was fined $100.
