FRYEBURG – Oxford County Sheriff Lloyd “Skip” Herrick announced that lost-child tags will be given out at the Fryeburg Fair. If parents would like to participate in the free tag service, they should inquire at the security office by the main gate of the fair.

“I feel it is imperative that this program continue, as the number of people attending the fair increases each year,” Herrick said.

The card is filled out by the parent or guardian, and is placed in a pocket or may be worn as a sticker.

The Fryeburg Fair Association Security and the Oxford County sheriff’s office encourage all parents to participate.
