PORTLAND – Bradley Terrence Crafts, infant son of Jason and Julie Ann Hogan Crafts, passed away shortly after his birth on Monday, Nov. 1, at Maine Medical Center.
Although we only held you in our arms for a short time, you will live in our hearts forever.
He is survived by his parents, of Jay; a sister, Sarah Ann Crafts; maternal grandparents, Pauline and Robert Roy, of Jay; paternal grandparents, Charles and Juanita Crafts, of Livermore and Sylvia Crafts and Steve LeBlanc, of North Jay; paternal great-grandfathers, Brad Crafts, of North Jay and Ralph Goding, of Canton; an uncle, Andrew Hogan and his wife, Susan, of Wilton; and a cousin, Courtney Hogan.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Terrence Hogan, and paternal great-grandmothers, Virginia Crafts and Florence Goding.
