DENVER, Colo. – The wedding of Sherolyn Lea Hutter and Nathan Dana Hood was held at 5 p.m. on May 22 in Denver, Colo. The Rev. George Berlin officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Hood is the daughter of Lynn and Radean Hutter of Denver, Colo. Mr. Hood is the son of Dana and Jackie Hood of Turner.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown with spaghetti straps, with pearls and lace design and she carried a bouquet of fire and ice roses with hydrangea and white stephanotis.
The maid of honor was a sister of the bride, Becky Hutter, and bridesmaid was Landis Hood, sister of the bridegroom. Cheran Waltari, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.
Serving as best man for his brother was Chad Hood and usher was Drew Foster, best friend of the bridegroom. Ring bearers were Michael and Bailey Waltari, cousins of the bride.
A reception followed at Lakewood Country Club in Denver, Colo., after which the couple drove to Texas, New Orleans and Florida until they reached Maine for two weeks.
The bride received a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Northern Colorado. She is currently employed at Country Kitchen Headquarters.
The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Leavitt Area High School and served four years in the U.S. Air Force. He is currently employed at Safe Handling as a transloader and going through the application process for state police.
