AUBURN – The Small Business Institute at Central Maine Community College is offering “Time Management” (SBI 016-21), a workshop for small business owners, from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9. The cost is $55.

Time management is about doing the right things and doing things right. The workshop teaches the essential time management skills of identifying long-term goals, breaking down projects, prioritizing tasks, estimating how long it will take to do things, and organizing and scheduling tasks.
