MINOT – Modsource sales and installations is expanding its sales division.

Modsource President Lisa Dunlop, Vice-President Shain Dunlop, and Sales Manager David Ivey will offer complete modular sales and service, from their model home in Minot.

Modsource sales will be offering Design Homes of Bloomsburg, Pa., and Waterford Homes from Waterford.

Modsource will also offer complete general contracting including excavation, drilled wells, septic systems, plumbing, heating, electrical, garages, decks, porches and even paved driveways.

David Ivey has more than 11 years experience selling modular homes. He can offer assistance in financing if the customer so chooses.

Modsource features a Design Homes custom colonial for viewing. The home is located in Minot and is open to viewing by appointment only.

Modsource also offers tours of the Waterford Homes plant in Waterford.
