BERLIN, N.H. – Mountain Streams Music, with Jane Wilcox Hively and Jonathan Hively, will present a Celtic-American program at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 10, at the Community Arts Center, 155 Emery St.

Tickets are $10 at the door and students grades kindergarten through 12 are half-price. For more information or to obtain a membership, call the Arts Center Office at 752-1028.

Sunday worship

PARIS – Marilyn Hammond will be the worship leader at the 10 a.m. service Sunday, April 3, of the First Universalist Church, 36 Pine St. Her sermon is titled “Worth the Wait,” during which she will ask the question, “What spirit raising moments of inspiration can we find in this day and age?”

Forest Perkins, church organist, will provide the music and Renee Wales will direct the Sunday school. Child care is provided. The coffee hour will follow the service in Good Cheer Hall. Everyone is welcome.

Library speaker

BRYANT POND – Joyce Lamb of West Paris will be the guest speaker at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 14, at the Whitman Memorial Library. She will speak about a trip to England. She spent an Easter at St. Paul’s and Winchester Cathedrals in London.

Lamb will tell of other places she visited while in London with her son, Dr. Joseph Lamb. The program is free and light refreshments are offered.

Registration set

HEBRON – Hebron Station School will have kindergarten registration for the September 2005 classes from 12:30 to 4 p.m. Thursday, May 12. Any child who will be 5 years old by Oct. 15, is eligible to register for kindergarten. Parents should call the school at 966-3323 to schedule a 15-minute appointment for the screening process. The child should accompany the parent for the registration, and a copy of the birth certificate and immunization record are required.
