LEWISTON – Healthy Androscoggin’s Project Unite! is inviting parents of teens to a brainstorming session at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 23, at Central Maine Medical Center rooms A, B and C, located at 12 High St. The rooms are located one level below the lobby on the ground floor. Light refreshments will be served.

The brainstorming session will help formulate topics for parent forums that will be held in the following school districts: Auburn, Lewiston, Turner, Lisbon and Gray-New Gloucester during the school year.

Project Unite! is a grassroots initiative to reduce youth substance use and abuse by strengthening policy, enforcement and community norms to send a clear message that underage drinking and drugs hurt kids and the community.
