• A vehicle driven by Penny L. Dion, 45, of Lewiston, was struck by a second, unidentified vehicle, while she was driving at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday at Webster Street and East Avenue. Damage to Dion’s 1997 BMW was estimated at $3,000. The second vehicle did not stop, according to a police report.
